Intro to the Chino-Italianos :-)

When we were a lot younger both of our parents encouraged us to keep a diary of our mini-trips away or our family holidays, aiming to look back and be reminded of the memories that had been forgotten, which we both did so. The last time we went to Singapore was 10 years ago, both my sister and I kept a diary of our family trip back to our roots, describing everything we saw, felt, tasted, drank, smelt and heard. Reading the details we had scribbled in our little notepads made us giggle with delight and reminisce about our family, the food and the sights.

Nowadays, little notepads are used by us to scribble to-do lists, to write down passwords, usernames of new accounts and not to record anything about our daily activity or what we had for breakfast. 

So as my sister and I are going back to Singapore on Monday, we have decided to keep to tradition and keep a diary but on the web. How, it seems everyone is viewing or doing themselves. Who knows where this will lead, it may be a blog that we both will update and continue even after our trip back to Singapore or it may not. 

1 thing you can be sure of when visiting our blog is, there will not be a shortage of pictures of food, fun and altogether sillyness.
